The Prince2 Project Management Method is a process-based approach to project management from the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) in the United Kingdom. A project is divided into stages with defined processes, each with key inputs, objectives, activities, and outputs. Roles and responsibilities are defined in a flexible framework and the focus in on the product to be developed, that is, the results of the project. Added April 2006.
