One Response to “ISO resources”

  1. Elizabeth McQueen Says:

I have found success in using a 5-phased approach for implementing process improvement projects for standards compliance:

    1. Assign and Define Process Set
    2. Establish Baseline Processes
    3. Roll Out and Collect Baseline Measures
    4. Practice and Improve Processes
    5. Prepare for Audit/Assessment

I would encourage anyone who is undertaking an ISO compliance project to read about this system on my website to see if it would be beneficial to adopt it to the project. (Specifics are in a link to a session I delivered at the STC conference in Las Vegas in May.)

    Best regards,

    Elizabeth McQueen
