    The European Centre for Total Quality Managment (ECTQM) is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2006. The ECTQM is in the School of Management of the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom (http://www.brad.ac.uk/acad/management/ectqm/). Members include the American Society for Quality, the European Foundation for Quality Management, the British Quality Foundation, the Indian Quality Society, the New Zealand Quaity Foundation, and the Iranian Society for Quality.
