Contribute to DocQment. Add information about how to implement a standard or how to facilitate and implement improvement. Report news related to quality and business processes. Ask the SIG manager to register your and designate you as a Contributor.
Participate in the standards study in the Standards forum on the STC Forum.
Help develop a customer satisfaction survey to be administered annually for the Quality and Process Improvement SIG and other STC groups if they are interested.
