					<description>WinHelp has now been deprecated.

The third primary Help format is not WebHelp, which is one vendor's specific output, but HTML-based Help, which includes all vendors' outputs.

Help2 is not considered a current Help format, as it can only be used with Visual Studio applications.

Vista Help is on hold.
