How to post an event

If you are a Contributor, you are invited to post events of interest to technical communicators.

How to create a post is explained in the FAQs.

An Author or the site administrator will review your entry, ensure it includes the following, and Publish.

  • Use the name of the event for the Title.
  • Provide the Month, day, year, Name of event, location, URL for more information (do not put a period after the URL)
  • In the sidebar, expand Categories and check the Events category and Educational Programs if the event is a course or training workshop.
  • Clear the check for Uncategorized.
  • Expand RS Event in the sidebar and complete the information. The event will then appear in the Upcoming Events roll.
