Online SIG plans progression at 2007 STC conference

The Online SIG is working on a proposal for a progression at the Technical Communication Summit, the 54th annual conference of STC to be held May 13 through 16, 2007 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

If you are planning to attend the 2007 Annual Conference and would like to participate in a progression sponsored by the Online SIG, please send the information listed below to rachelh@rhoughton.com. Rachel will submit the proposal (deadline September 1), check periodically with the presenters, and facilitate the progression at the conference. Proposals are due July 31, 2006. (more…)

Membership report, June 30 2006

Please welcome our 82 new members who joined in June. As of June 30, the Online SIG had 1844 members. This will be the official size of the SIG for the 2006 to 2007 STC year. In comparision, on June 30, 2005 the Online SIG had 1800 members. As of June 30, 2006 STC had 14,463 members.
