The Institute of Localization Professionals (TILP)
TILP, the idea of Reinhard Schäler, director of the Localisation Research Centre, was formally registered as a nonprofit organization created “to develop professional practices in localisation globally” on July 30, 2002. TILP has developed strong industry partnerships and offers a range of membership services. The TILP web site is www.tilponline.org. Originally posted in May 2003.
